Dr. Brian BracyDr. Bracy was born in Tulsa, OK and grew up in Pine Bluff, AR, where his Father has been in private practice for over thirty-five years. He started his undergraduate training here at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, and moved on to obtain his Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Prior to entering medical school, he participated in research in the Department of Biophysics and Physiology at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with his medical degree and then stayed in Little Rock where he completed a General Surgery internship.

Originally, his interests were on the surgical side of medicine and so he then undertook and completed a Clinical Research Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He finished his post-medical training right here in Northwest Arkansas completing his residency in Family Medicine and Board Certification in 2009. Since completing training, Dr. Bracy has been working as an Emergency Department Physician and an Urgent Care Physician in facilities across Northwest Arkansas. Dr. Bracy is Advanced Trauma, Cardiac, and Pediatric Life Support Certified. He brings a diversified set of skills and a broad knowledge base to Family Medicine.

Dr. Bracy enjoys all aspects of primary care. He is equally comfortable treating the most common chronic disease processes to the most acute. He believes that health concerns are different for different patient populations, but firmly believes in preventative care at all ages. He believes preventative care should be a priority even beginning in the newborn period and should extend all the way to our seniors. He will make preventative screening a large part of his practice and promote good, clean living. He also enjoys Cardiovascular Medicine, Muskuloskeletal Medicine, and performing all types of office-based procedures. Dr. Bracy also believes that everyone should have equal access to quality medical care. He is determined to explore ways to improve the delivery of healthcare to the people of Northwest Arkansas.

Dr. Bracy is married to his wife, Chauna, and they have three young children. Chauna, herself is a Nurse Practitioner with thirteen years experience, including ten years experience in Cardiology. Dr. Bracy enjoys any and all outdoor activities. He and Chauna enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
